TERMS of SERVICE
"This agreement is made between ClasssicLeo (hereinafter referred to as "Artist") and the client for the commissioning of digital artwork. This agreement covers the scope of work, payment terms, usage rights, and all other conditions of the project."Before booking CMS, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement.

Art work Infomation
Scope of Work
Type of Work: Character, Book Cover
Size: 1620 x 2160 px / 300 DPI or Custom
File Format: JPG, PSD, or others. Please request additional formats if needed.Timeline
- The typical timeframe for completing the work is 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity.
- If there are delays in the process, the Artist will notify the Client immediately.
- If the delivery is delayed more than 3 days beyond the agreed time, the Client is entitled to a refund of the deposit.Work Delivery
The artwork will primarily be delivered via Google Drive or Email.
Once the artwork is complete, the Client will receive a download link within 1 day after full payment has been made.Revisions
Sketch Stage: The Client can request revisions until they are satisfied with the sketch.
After Coloring: Once coloring has begun, major changes to the composition will be allowed only twice. If the Client requests more than 2 changes after coloring, an additional fee of x1.5$ per revision will apply, payable after the work is completed.
Payment Terms
Deposit: The Client is required to pay a 50% deposit of the total price before the work begins.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the artwork.
- If the Client requests changes to the initial agreement after the deposit has been paid, additional charges may apply.
- If the Client cancels the commission before the Artist begins the work, the deposit will be fully refunded. However, if the Artist has already started working, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.Payment MethodsTHB (฿)

Artist and Client Rights
Client RightsThe Client has the right to use the artwork for personal use, such as, Icon, Header, Wallpaper or Posting on Personal account but The Client must credit the Artist when sharing or using the artwork publicly.Commercial Use
Refers to using the artwork for business purposes, such as advertising, creating products, or selling the work in various forms. If the Client wishes to use the artwork commercially, an additional fee of 20% of the original price will apply.Prohibited Uses:
- The artwork may not be used to create NFTs or manipulated using AI technologies.
- The artwork may not be altered or modified without the Artist's permission.
Artist RightsThe Artist retains the right to use the completed artwork in their portfolio or for promotion on their personal platforms (e.g., social media or website).
The Artist will not disclose any personal information about the Client without permission.
The Artist has the right to decline a commission.
Process of Work

The artist will contact the client to discuss the commission details, clarify the brief, and provide all necessary information.3. Payment & Confirmation
To confirm the commission slot, the client must pay 50% deposit of the total price or complete a 100% upfront payment (full deposit). Once payment is received, the slot is officially secured in the queue.4. Due Date Notification
The artist will inform the client of the estimated completion date.5. Creation Process
The artist begins working on the commission.6. Final Review & Delivery
The completed artwork will be sent to the client for final confirmation. After approval, the final file will be delivered via Google Drive or another preferred platform (Dropbox, Google Photos, Gmail, etc.).
Briefing GuidelinesTo achieve the best possible results, clients should provide a clear and specific description of their request before the project begins. Avoid overly vague instructions, as this helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures the final artwork matches your vision.The artist may request additional references or clarification during the process if needed.
